It seems in anticipation of the postal strike, the pre-ordered copies have already been sent out.

Haven't dared play it while connected to LIVE in case Microsoft start cracking down like they did with people playing pre-released Halo:ODST a while back, but it's good fun so far. The game throws cars and Gamerpoints at you- only played 6 races and a "weekend event" and I've already won 2 more cars and over 120 points.

They've kept the lame pre-race sequence in though.
Dont worry about it Danny, if its an official copy you can play it whenever, if its a pirate copy then you'll get a ban.

:willy_nilly:

Good news- my wheels are in the game! :D
Bad news- my RS Turbo isn't :(. Focus RS and RS200 are though. ;)

Plenty of licensed bodykits, bumpers, spoilers, etc too. The upgrade feature has been improved a bit too. As well as various engine upgrades you can alter the transmission too. Rear wheel drive, 300bhp 2.5 T5-engined New Fiesta anyone? LOL

Fellow Forza drivers! I had some free time, so I got busy with the decal editor...

Image

There's a few more on my Storefront- all free to share (hopefully this means you can edit the colours as necessary to suit your own cars)- just search for "big power" then go from there. Any problems, let me know. :D

You've lost me- can you not paste the decal anywhere once it's downloaded?

The only options I saw on the Storefront were to sell or share, I chose share as I assumed it meant that you could do anything with it.

You can, but when you then do the copy from one side to the other, it says "you can do this as one or more of the decals is locked" I assumed youd locked it so noone else could resell it, which is fair enough, but now i guess the game does this by default :( bugger.

That Golf is sport on :)

Yeah I was talking to Dan last night and he confirmed the game always locks designs. :banghead:

One way around it is to 'stamp' the decal using "Y", then spin the car around and insert it the other side (this way it keeps the size the same). Dan mentioned that "gifted" cars may be edited, so worst-case scenario I'd have to buy a load a cheap cars and add all the logo's before sending them out. :smash:
