music into windows movie maker

i am trying to put some music over a video clip which i have put together in windows movie maker but my music is saved via itunes and there seams to be a conflict of interests . i cannot import the tracks into the movie maker, i have moved the track to another folder but it still won't import it yet i can play the track via realplayer. probably a case of i cannot see the wood for the trees:willy_nilly:

It is due to the format of the track chap - it needs to be mwa not mp3 - also movie maker does have the habit of crashing whilst you are still in it - so it looks like it's working - when in fact you need to restart it.
