Just thought I would tidy are threads up and get things in one place for this project. Along with the body kit a couple more things have been bought.

The last of the cutting of the old car, these were the last parts that we needed to take off to help with the fabrication of the body kit.

after have fun this morning grinding the last few bits of that we require
i got home this evening and started on worked on the front end of the arch
the front edge will be finely smothed out once its attached to the car to get a blend in finish

tonights/this mornings work:)

the front part has now been all smoothed out apart from were you can see the bare fibreglass this is were its going to be attached just behind the indicator so it has a smooth blend into the wing
its all primed up now and look good so attached it to my car for 2 reasons
1. see how it marries up 2. how the clearence is when i open the door, how ever it does catch the door very slightly at the top but this is not a problem because can rub that bit down bit more

Looks good you never seem to stop guys, what shell are you going to use for the new project ?

We'll be using another sierra xr4x4, as soon as we find the right one. The only reason we've had to scrap this one is that the dreaded tin worm had got to the underside of the car.

A friend of mine does a lot of the v6 cosworth conversions into the xr4i he comes a cross all veriations, he also breaks them any year or model prefered i can ask him for you, mike
