That was great Ray. Do yourself a favour when you get a chance, basking in reflective glory :D Compare one of your videos of last year to your clear laps on that one. Huge improvement overall I think, and the seat time is paying off with cleaner laps, less aggro for the car and more consistency as well. Well done mate.

Sounds like Mr Warnes was suitably impressed too :)

Is it a Hyundai? Is it a GTR? No it's a filthy 200sx with turbo gasket failure!:D

I like that you were worried that a Hyundai had caught you up, but a GTR, thats OK :)

Cheers for the kind words Stu, I'm sure there's more to be had out of the car yet so I'm shoehorning in as many track days as I can. It's amazing what I learned by taking out passengers and getting advice from them.

Unfortunately I don't have any in car footage from previous sessions at Snetterton but I know I'm driving quicker. Partly due to experience, and partly (mostly) due to the R888's.

An excellent track day driving standards really good with a couple of notable exceptions the silver lotus and the mini I do like the identification of novices it works both ways and was a definite benefit.

Best Car of the Day: Jasons BMW, beutifully prepared and looks very planted whether cornering or breaking, tried to look at his breaking points but gave it up as a bad idea that could only end in tears.

Finaly got to hear my own car going up Senna well driven Russ.

Doubtful strategy: TK tried to convince that it was quicker to go through the Esses backwards but I am not sold on this.

Fashion trend of the day: Headgear by Russ

Roll on next year

Really was a great day, and the best I have ever driven the car. It's so much better to drive with the latest mods, so thanks Jason. I have never been so tired the day after as I was today.

Did my usual thing of only being able to stay in the car for a few laps with Jason!!
Don't know why just seem to lose my nerve.

The driving etiquette today was definately some of the best i've encountered.

and Russ with the headwear still had us laughing late last night.

Roll on the next time out.

Andrea.
