My New Sensible Family/Daily Hack

Post by blacky »

Well, as some of you may know, and some of you don't, I have a new project arriving at the end of March '10. A mini Blacky!! Crikey!

So with this in mind, it was time to be a bit more sensible and by a car that is more in keeping with being a responsible parent, it's time to hang up my japbox turbo nutter boots..................

Yeh right!!!!!!!! No feckin way am I getting a sensible car!

Anyway, It's a 06 GT spec car with everything bar the Sat Nav, and on the way home on Saturday from picking it up it just ticked over to 17k miles!!! It's almost too mint for a numpty like me! A very different car than what I'm used to but it's endearing itself to me and I can se why people like them.

Good choice

If you get scared of rear wheel drive, I'll give it a run for you. Check out Voltex's site in Japan for automotive corruption :D

Thanks Big Man. I got fed up looking for a decent M3 that wasn't in Timbuck Too or had a million miles on it was was a bit rough!

Plan is to leave this one 100% standard. Enjoy it for a year or so and sell it on.

May give it a run out at a Sprint, not 100% decided yet. Thinking of doing that DP Driver Development over near Prodrive to let the RWD loose and see what happens seeing as I'm a 4WD numpty!

What, that I am allowed to breed?? or that I've bought a 3-fitty-Zee?

Going to try and get over Saturday afternoon for an hour or so. Getting new boots fitted to it in the morning, ouch is all I can say! They are expensive if you don't want to fit We-long Ditchfinders on it!!!
