Sierra Steering wheel/column

I'm have very fond memories of the old girl, you're right!
But, the Golf is quicker, does easy 10 more MPG, and is nt bio degrading before my eyes.

(Don't tell the wife, but I'd love to stick a Zetec in an old Hatch and go baiting!!)

@Russ, I've found mine, but as Royal Fail will be handling it, probably just as well you keep yours in reserve.......can't let Lord H down!

Blimey bart! I used to have loads of them as winter hacks!:D Nothing special though!:( A pinto`ed p100 to a twin cam ghia estate. My soft spot was for an old F reg lx hatch (sandy) that had such an on song 2.0 pinto! best

No Russ, I got sidetracked. I need to take out the steering assembly again as there's a series of washers and spacers that just aren't right. The bolts are tight but there's still loads of play in the washers.

Electrics need re-wiring but that's nothing to do with Ford, or maybe it does as all the steering column wiring and plugs are used.

Thanks Lee, I need to take a closer look at how it should be assembled. All the bits that came off are there but I didn't notice where they fell from when I pulled the column out
