Hi, i am after a newage STI TMIC + brackets for my Classic upgrade.

Could save your dosh and wait till Spring. The weather is about to do a better cooling job than any bigger top mount.

And with a proper topmount it's going to get even cooler

Edited to add: If you can't find one on here try eBay. If not eBay have a chat with Andy at Grade A Subaru as he may have one, alternatively try Jap Performance. If you get really stuck let me know and i may be able to source one from my own contacts.
