With only 6 events per year this is something Suz and i could potentially enter. I will be watching this carefully as when and if the skyline goes the budget would be there for the first year at least. Mr2 would make a good starty car and its half way there already.
mmmmmmm Nice idea and well spotted Mr S

I could at last make it on to a track LOL

Jay
Well the skyline is gone for good But how cool is my little replacement!!!!! 7lbs 12oz of pure joy....

This is a fantastic idea for anyone wanting to get into motorsport. Sharing a track / race car is an excellant way to help with the costs, but what happens if one person crashes the car more than once.

I only say this because it is something that myself and Alan (Bart) discussed back when we started the whole track car project. For us it works because we were best friends for years before we built the car and the ideal is kept simple, to have fun and drive the car as hard and as fast as we want, if it breaks we fix it, if we crash it we rebuild it or build another. The most important thing for us is we NEVER apportion blame for breakages or damage and we discuss everything, we don't agree on everything but we discuss it that way any mistakes are a Team mistake.

I only say this because the idea of and passion for motorsport make it difficult for sense and reason to get a word in.

Do it......Just make sure you do it with your eyes open.

Chris and I are looking into this now. I didn't actually read the MSV info until last night and realised it's for 2 drivers which fits us perfectly as we have the kind of relationship that Pablo explains above ;)
