Think it's called a Cosmo. Still a rotary but they use a triple rotor 20B powerplant

It is indeed a Cosmo. Awesome cars even in their standard form with the 20B triple rotor motor. A deffinate "sleeper" in standard guise.
I may be getting older but I REFUSE to grow up :D
