Goodwood 2009

Post by maff »

Went up on the friday, what an awesome day.

Best bit was standing at the start of the rally stages watching everything fropm group 4 monsters to minis roaring away from the start.

The Lexus looks like a weapon!

Having spent the previous Saturday there, my ambitions to return to watch this event have been galvanised. I should imagine, events permitting, I'll get along there next year. If anyone fancies coming with down me, we'll driving down on the Friday night and camping at Goodwood itself. There are some magnificent roads in the area including one I've christened 'The Mountain'

Far from ideal for towing up and down but in a car with any degree of vigour, it should be memorable.
