annoying thing was that I'd put it up for sale for all more than I paid for it the day before the crash and I'd already had 2 people lined up wanting to view :(

if they do write it off - find out how much it will cost to buy it back - i'm sure it can be fixed cheap and then sold on :)

Not yet, just filled in all the paperwork for the claim and awaiting Admiral to authorise the repair or not... ill keep you posted.

would have thought they will write it off unfortunetely :(

if they do...make sure you dont accept their first offer or their second offer :twisted:

i think by the time you hit offer four or five you will be getting the correct value of your car - insurance companies always try it on with payouts so get prepared to play hard ball :wink:

May want to check that Rob

I think you'll find that the second offer may be final and then it goes to an independent arbitrator........or at least that's what I was told when they wrote the Impreza off

you may be right mate, im not going from personal experiance, a few friends of mine who have had cars written off in the past had to fight like hell to get good money for there cars...one of which is was with admiral - think he accepted there 3rd or 4th offer
