well the TL is now gone................

but i've been at it again, found a guy with a gsxr750K2 with lots of trick bits (Ohlins shock, later radial braked front end, thumb rear brake, etc.), lots of spares and also virtually a whole 750 (same age as my t/bike) in bits after being knocked off by a dozy car driver - just needing a frame...........

deal was struck and its now all sitting in the w/shop waiting for me to sort which route i take......after another marathon trip to Somerset and back!!!

problem i have is i have used the new bike on track and it was a BIG step forward so pocket/business head is telling me to sell the newer bike but heart is telling me to sell the other stuff..... 8)

pics to follow

Hi Ross, how do you get on with it ?, i recently sold my 660, i absolutely hated it. I am thinking of putting a 500 two stroke on the road. I just cant get with 4 stroke m/x / supermotos bikes, i just dont find them responsive enough. I think it must be cos i raced two strokes for so many years. Theres a company in America that have got a licence from Honda and Kawasaki to produce brand new 500cc two strokes. Several people racing here are putting them in 250 four stroke frames and geting on really well with them. regards Wayne
