According to my profile it was 2007 last time!

Martin reminded me of the forum today so thought i would pop along and say hi.

I'm back in Norwich now, was in Kent, been back and forth twice now but Norwich is the best so i'm staying put, i love it here.

I do 'SMART' Repairs, used to work for a big retail group but i was made redundant in Jan (with 30 others) and now i do the same job but independant.

Got a few garages in Norwich and some in Surrey which i travel to every week.

My works van is a 2004 Ford Transit thats been remapped, goes quite well now. Had to get the turbo replaced as the compressor wheel was breaking up, thanks to Martin at Autohouse in Norwich for that, he did a sterling job and highly recommended.

I still have my Maestro Turbo although its had very little use in the past 2 years, but trying to find the time now!

I am also a dad to 14 month old Jack! So been very busy.

My 'family' car is a Xantia Activa Turbo. It's a 2 litre 8 valve very much like the Maestro, runs a smidge more boost than stock now but its more of a GT than a sprinter, 0-60 just under 8 seconds now but it weighs about 1500kg!

It does however handle extremely well, nothing else like it i know of, with anti-roll suspension, cornering is a surreal experience yet its very comfortable at the same time. It will have a visit to Snetterton i hope this year to see what it can do.

Here are some pictures of the fleet. Looking forward to contributing a bit more!
