As usual big man you have come up with something bizzare but kinda cool at the same time.
I can see exactly where you are coming from with this one.
Old exec saloons make a seriously big buy for the money and can bring a huge grin. (even if it is for different reasons)

I could see myself owning a big LS400 or more recently Rover estate

Looking forward to seing this one in the flesh.
Oh and if you need any welding done i know someone who is a dab hand now :-D :-D

I sort of understand but still can't understand that if it's going to be your everyday car why your going to strip it of it's luxuries?

This will be something that gets used now and again

I have the Golf for day to day (Tan has the Explorer) and the likelihood of me stripping it is quite low at the moment.
