Cool

Give it 'some' beans Ian - engine love being run in properly rather than fannying around at low revs ;)

so far so good, there are some differnt sounds coming from the engine that never use to be there (before it went pop), but i think it could be down to the minerial oil.

have done 500 miles so far, and i am changing the oil in the morning

Thats the trouble mate, when you have something major you start listening to all sorts of sounds and thinking they are fatal !!!!!!!

500 miles already !!! Blimey !!

for this 500 mils change the only mineral oil i could find was mobil 1 15/40

when i hit 1000 miles, i have got mobil 1 semi synth 10/40.

after i have done this amount of miles, i was lots i can map if i want.

then at 2000 miles, i can put in my good oil
silkolene pro s 10/50

I hope there's an extended warranty. You'll need it after clocking up 2K miles.
