I'm 99% Joey Jueya (name from memory) Skyline is RWD as it ran in the RWD class at North Weald earlier this year & from his fun run drifiting it's definatley RWD
He started out being a bit off the pace, but i think was feeling his way in as he put in a smashing time on his last run to take 3rd in class behind 2 911's, pushing my dad Jim into 4th...no pot for dad :(
So i expect he may get moved out of the 4WD class.

There was another Skyline out at Debden Sunday driven by Gary Osmon & it was really fast, fortunaltey for me he arrived with 888's on so got moved to Class 10 (Lord Houghton/Mr Staples' class) he ran a 67.40 on the new course with the chichane :o (my best was 72.90).
Ok the tyres will be worth some time, but he was running about 500 BHP & had planned to run in roadging 4WD...so one to watch out for if he 'gets some tyres & joins the 4wd class.
Be a pigeon, not a statue.

I was talking to Gary at NW in April. He used to run with Darren Bly and the likes back in the day and he was basically at NW to see what the competition was like. Looks like he will be a bit handy!

Joey was at NW too; he was running in a 33GTS-t and did really well from memory.

Ok I`d better come clean! :-D I`ve had a pig of a day fitting new exhaust to the wobble bus! I got hold of a 3" turbo back system which has taken pretty much all day to fit! I had a good battle with the bolts/studs on the turbo- I won!. I then snapped of every bolt there after! A quick road test later, and the centre pipe and rear box have been changed- because my god that system was far to bloody loud as was! So now have 3" front pipe to 2.5" centre pipe to 2 1/4" standard sti rear box- its now wisper quiet :) So Stu you`d better add some more to my handicap :-D What`s the norm for a front de-cat? 20-25bhp?

I'd guess more like 10-15 to be honest, especially since you have the rest of the exhaust going down in size.

I know what you mean about being loud though, I ended up taking mine off and putting a 3" sports cat in it's place instead, not much quieter but it deff is better than it was.

Do you want your tyres brought along for the weekend or do you want to leave that until the Autotest?

I have arranged for the use of the weighbride at the Autotest so I'd like any and all cars present that compete in our series to get weighed on the night. Thanks
