How much of a benefit is this, is the expansion rate 100% stable?

I read on another forum that a test was done on a brand new set of tyres with one side filled with air and the other nitrogen.

The tyres were all filled to 32psi and then put on track with roughly the same left and right hand turns.

After some sprited driving the pressures were check and the air filled tyres had risen to 35.5psi and 36psi.

The nitrogen filled tyres had both risen to 32.5psi....

Me being a lazy sort of guy lol thinks that it one less thing to worry about on a trackday... I have a set of the tyresure gauges to fit and these along with the Nitrogen should make life simple. no more constantly checking and adjusting pressure.

Um sounds interesting, might have to see what we have at work that might connect up to the bottles.
