In practical terms Daniel that won't happen. Typically these events are steady or even slow to fill and then they go crazy within a few weeks of the event date.

If the event doesn't look like being viable, I'll sell some of the spaces to other people outside of the club that I know won't compromise the experience for our members and users. Either that or I can just charge you all loads more each, your call :D

We don't make a heap of money on these (the last two we struggled to break even) as I prefer to structure them to be as cheap as possible whilst maximising track space and time.

Sound fair?

I'm definitely up for this Stu, just got a few things to sort out first- like getting time off work, organising a house move.... easy stuff, LOL!

I should know by the time of the May meet, would it be ok to pay you then?

Cheers.

You can let me know then but that will only be any good to you if we have any spaces left. Try to let me know as soon as you can :)
