Manningtree Car Show *56k Warning*

Post by Gooey »

Been to this show today, roughly 2 miles from my house which makes a nice change from travelling half way across the country.
Anything and everything from a bike to a bus was there which also makes a refreshing change 8)

Met a few bigpower members too :-D

I got there and managed to cross the school field without the wheels slipping once which turned out to be a complete waste of time when a tank and a bloody half track arrived and put some lovely ditches in the field :o LMAO

I took a liking to this, was talking to the owner for ages. The chassis has covered 6 million miles and I was like a schoolkid when he let me climb into the drivers seat 8)

I had an invite to this but was unable to attend it (Sprinting today)

It looks like a great attendance Pete with some great cars and you were blessed with superb weather by the looks of it.

Good to see your Fiesta basking in the sun with Jamie's from GBH. Looking very swish 8)

Did you type that figure correctly? 6 million miles? :o

Yeah it really is 6 million miles, truck was built in 1969 though but that really is an incredible amount of miles for any vehicle to cover.

Looks very much like the Norfolk show ground gala day.

Great events these to be able to see such a wide variety of cars on show.
