Today i recieved my new Nippon Denso Platinum plugs from Camskill

so this afternoon i fitted them to the car then crancked the car over and straight away i noticed how smooth the engine was running

then got into the car and wow, a definate power difference and oddly enough the engine notes different :? so all in all i'm pretty chuffed

i've got the car in monday having the driveshaft oil seals done so i'll give you a bell on tuesday when i know that the cars okay, thanks again Gary

well what a mini saga this has been :roll: i dropped the car off 8am monday to have the driveshaft seals changed, so a whole day went past, went back at 4pm and the oil seals haven't come in :/ okay so i said i'd comeback tomorrow when they would come in, so same story dropped off at 8am came back at 4pm and hurrah it was 8 foot in the air with the back end in bits so i asked him, "so you're putting it back together now then?" "nope i've got it stripped ready for the seals", "so they haven't arrived yet?" "nope it'll be tomorrow now" :x

so i left the car up in the air overnight in an industrial estate across town, went back there this afternoon and success! the cars done

came back, and the gearbox is much quieter

then comes lunch time..... reverse out from the car park, oh and what's that on the floor? OIL PATCH! :x

so whipped back round there, got underneath and he forgot to tighten the filler hole :roll: so i'll be back again tomorrow to have it topped up.

apart from that, everythings fine :lol:

and forthcoming (next week infact) i'm off to see our boys at APT to have some uprated roll bars fitted 8) so watch this space!
