Racing seat advice

After two days out at Snett this year and Marham last week, I think i really need to invest in a racing seat as the standard fare that Subaru supply is woeful to say the least. I currently use a Sabelt 4 point harness which helps to a degree, but i still find i'm hanging on to the steering wheel and gear stick too much. The car is a daily driver, so i don't need anything overly extreme and want something that comes complete with some sort of subframe so i can nail it into my car with a minimum of fuss

Trouble is, i know less than nothing about seatage

Ermm help!

the big problem you will find is finding subframes for the seat. in the end i used the standard seat runners with side mounts to mount my seat in... i think a nice cobra imola or suzuka seat will do the trick nicely

I got my Corbeau Clubman and subframe from Demon Tweaks. The subframe did need a little adjusting.
