Hello from Beefy and Ellie...

Post by P1Beefy »

Hi all,
First and foremost may i just say what an impressive site and thank you for allowing me to become part of your club. Im Emma (or beefy to those who decide Emma is to boring!!) and have a love for cars with some power under the bonnet...and a bassey burble (hence my love for the Flat 4 engine!!). Ive always had a love for cars and driving and many will tell you im No typical lady driver....meaning that is not every day you come across a 28 year old lady who drives a 44ton Artic tanker 6 days a week and past cars include GSI,R33, WRX and now a P1.... of course i started a the bottom with my 950cc Fiesta but that didnt last long as my love for power grew. My brother (Matt/Dr Greenthumb) knew i had a few pennys in my hand few years back and took it upon himself to encourage me to buy my 1st jap car....as a result i brought a R33 Gtst then moved onto my scoob (wrx) which many told me i was taking a step down but ive always dreamed of having a scoob and now im on my 2nd one. I think my brother posted a picture of my new baby (P1) and told you all that i would be joining your club...Well here i am . The P1 is still stored up as she has been every winter by my boyfriend Jamie (midnightgtr07) who's now searching for his dream...an R33 GTR in Midnight Purple so she wont be coming to snetterton this month but we definatly will be joining you all real soon. The P1 has been wrapped in cotton wool last 5 years but unfortunatly i dont have the pleasure of affording a 2nd cars so the car will have a suprise next winter when shes got to wake up early hours of the morning to get me to work.
Anyways, sorry for the long hello but hopefully you now know a little about me and a smidgen of my car history. Im looking forward to meeting some of you (mabe wed if i can make it) if not real soon.

Emma (beefy) :D (if anyone was wondering who Ellie is, its our pet name for P1  )

I think it would impress some?? she's got 24" alloys, a turbo the size of a diner plate and 440bhp so she proberbly would fit in at a big power meet and i could supply fresh milk to all!!! (thats what i collect everyday). Funny you say bring the tanker but unfortunatly the night driver will have it out but he will be collecting from a farm literially over the road from snetterton so some might see my other baby going along the A47 ( for anyone who might see me around in im a Turners truck ( a Man) with Chrome tanker...58 plate :D
