I wanted a diesel Cherokee early last year when i had the money so i could retire my sportwagon, strip and prep it then tow it to trackdays and events but never got around to getting one. Now i wish i could afford it.

That's a nice looker. Stick it on Pistonheads it'll sell on there. :thumb:

Tow capasity is 2.5 tones, they tow very well and rearly stable because they are not as high as a Disco/Mitsi.

Now on piston heads

has an enquiry already :o

Subject to the type of trailer Dunk, it would tow it very easily indeed.

Thanks for the updated advert Julian. If I can sell my Golf on quickly enough (and for the right money) I could well be interested in that :)

These 2.5's don't have much top end power but they are really torquey and have a lovely ride. I've driven a couple now and really enjoyed driving them.

I used to have a Wrangler Jeep 4.0L Safari auto and that was awesome with the doors off and hardcover removed. Had a towbar on that too and towing was a breeze. Not bad off road either.

I would prefer an auto for towing but the manual will be better on fuel and a bit quicker off the mark.

Lucky bugger whoever gets it!! :thumb:
