Nice one Mike

Mr Sharpe was an option :) One of the ideas was to invite B19 to the Snett do as they have invited US to Hethel :D :D

That way we get the chance to say thanks for Hethel slots which I was told we might struggle to get (Well done Gerry) and it will also boost numbers for the Snetterton round if we need to.

Everyone's a winner :thumb:

I must say I'm amazed at Stuart's ability to actually get things done.

When this was first muted, I imagined it would be a little private affair amongst ourselves i.e. we all enter a few sprints and then, once we have the results, sort who's done what.

Now, it's turning into a full blown MSA sanctioned championship with invites from and to.

Bloody Well Done. :thumb:

Just a thought,

If Snetterton is to be an MSA event, who will be the organising club? HCC already have two events on the calender, both at NW and both co-organised with Green Belt.

It would do HCC no harm to run this one with BPs backing and presumably, as BP isn't an MSA registered motor club, it couldn't be BP?

If that makes sense

Was thinking of the timing if it was to be a afternoon or evening sprint for cost of higher of the circuit. We could start out of pit lane finish on the start line so there would not be to much wireing or set up time for john. then we could release the second car as the first passes half way down the back straight then once the first car passes the finish they have to continue at a good rate of knot so the track could be constanly flowing ? mike.

Gerry

Yeah, spot on. This would be of benefit to both us and HCC

Mike

Thought the same. Maybe bring the sprint finish line further down the start finish straight, just after the pit lane entry? This gives cars the length of the pit straight to slow down and we can bring them in by the scrutineering area.
