As far as I know , if it can pass scrutineering, it can run.
There's no noise limit, I'll check and come back.

It would be great to see the Mighty Mustang there Fil. I would probably suggest letting the local authorities know if you're coming just incase they think B52's are taking off.

I'll see if I can get Dan along with his Cerbera too.
