I guess the new paint will be on within a week from today. I have sourced an M3 LSD to go on the car and a front strut brace. A new exhaust may be going on and that's it. The wheels will be painted too.

Sorry nothing yet Jase. We had a little change of plan and the car is now with a professional sprayer who is meant to have started the job today. The change of plan also made a change to the colour. You'll have to wait and see ;)

The M3 diff deal has fallen through unfortunately so I'm keeping my eyes open for a replacement although I'm being quite tight and won't pay much for one

I'm going up to Cheshire on Thursday so will be having a look at the car myself. I'll have some photos after the weekend. So far I believe they've stripped the paint inside and out, cut out the passenger door and fixed the window and ripped out all the dash and heater matrix but there's still a lot of wiring left because the boys aren't sure what to do with it. We decided to keep the driver window electric for ease of use e.g. at the Nurburgring toll gate.

I think that's about it so far. We've still got a few weeks before Silverstone on March 6th so things should be fine for getting the car back together again.

Sorry still no update. The car has been put to the back of the queue at the sprayer's since they got a load of unexpected 'full price' work! However, we're assured the paint will be complete by Friday. I hope so!

The car is back now from the sprayer's and jobs have been continuing on stripping weight. The car's all dusty and needs some finishing off so instead of the glory photos, here's a couple of teasers - out with the green (and the proposed satin black) and in with Laguna Seca Blue :
