Jack up, wheel off. Two bolts hold the bottom of the strut to the hub, three nuts hold the top of the strut to the turret, unclip the brake flexi. Reverse to fit and that's one front. No castelated nuts or split pins to worry about.
Same on the rear. iirc.
Get the heght somewhere near where it was before.
Two hours ish depending on how many tea and fag breaks.
Drive to an alignment place.

the fitting of the coilovers them self i can do easy, im just not really sure about the rear camber bolts i have , and getting the ride hight right.
im just changing the springs at the mo
have gone from 6/5 to 5/4, have just got to wait to recive them from apex.
when i get everything ready, anyone wanna lend a hand
with the centre roll kit, where is the best price to get them from?, still not sure if i really need it? it will prob be lowered about 30mm ish. i had never heard of it before.
suspension is a think that you can spend mega

Like Logan says, if it's for straight lines with the only corners it sees being in Tesco's car park, why fit camber bolts to wear out the inside of the tyres? You don't need anything but standard geo. for drag and shopping.

i just thought, with the apex coilovers, they have adjustable top mounts on the front, and rubber on the read, and what i thought i needed from reading on s/net, i needed rear camber bolts, as i was going lower?
standard set up is fine for me, long lasting tires
