Ive had a go and could easily make it in the big 4x4 but the rest of the workforce seems snowed in. My neighbour crashed getting out of the estate, and there's another car in a fence on the fen road. 6miles of fen road not being able to see the edge just isn't worth a days pay.

Damned right - those ditches are very deep too (and cold & wet)

I was going to go to work this morning but then my eldest daughter rang me and said that she was driving back from her night shift in Wisbech and that she was really scared so I told her to park up and I went and got her. On the way back I had a call from work to say that they weren't opening because of the snow so there would be no point in going over there. :D
I may be getting older but I REFUSE to grow up :D
