Potential purchase looming

Post by Rob S »

I am still in the process of sorting the Subaru, and have a feeling that things may take a little while yet!

I am considering getting a replacement in the mean time, as my mother in laws Fiesta is a touch on the small side for my svelte 6"4 16 stone frame

I've seen a very interesting car about an hour away but other than reading stuff about them on the net, I know naff all about them.

It's a 2.0GT Primera saloon, and has a full history and is firmly within budget.
It's had a new timing chain, service etc.
It'd be spot on from what I can see, as my one car needs to "fit all", from family trips, to blatting around.
Any pointers would be appreciated, I am not sure whats happening to the Scoob yet, but this Nissan will be a pleasing diversion possibly.
Is this the same engine as the Sunny GTI?
Thanks
Rob

Yes Rob,
Great engine as in the Sunny. The Primera GT is quite a capable bargain.
It should do the job nicely.

If you need something shooting, or a payload to low earth orbit. Just ask.

1997. So it may be a little heavier. It's got some mods, but they seem well done.
