Your car is looking really good, can see you're going for it & it'll look the bollox with those Rotas on 8)

i had (still have sat round my mums going green) a '91 NA MR2 GT tintop. I was given the chance to drive an MR2 turbo at a sprint & immediatley after wanted my own MR2 Turbo :twisted: however all the quotes i had to insure it were

Right first things first, my strut braces still haven't turned up :roll: so i phoned them and they say it'll be early next week.

however i have good news, this turned up today;

can't wait to get it back off, strip, prep and paint

well what a day this was

first off i got outside nice and early and started taking the aerofoil off then prepped it for the primer.

The primer coat was on, nice and even

Then the fun with the blue started :x i sprayed the underside ot the aerofoil then left it in the garage and went to get more paint, then when i came back and opened the garage, it was on the floor!!! scratched to shit, covered in grit and leaves

so you could understand how annoyed i was.

Dad came out and saw that i was doing my nut, swearing and such like, so he told me to just go indoors and he'll sort it :?

so, a while later he called me to go up to his workshop and have a look at it, and what do i say, just wow

look at that shine

black end caps;

so once that's set (sometime tomorrow) i'll be fitting it

well, i said i'd wait, but......
