RR Results.... just a bench mark and check up before stage 2 engine work really :D

Run1 - 1.2bar

336WHP
393BHP @ 7618rpm
306lb/ft @ 6118rpm

VID http://www.trackscotland.co.uk/vid/RR/skyline_run1.wmv

Run2 - 1.2bar

337WHP
393BHP @ 8176rpm
303lb/ft @ 6023rpm

VID http://www.trackscotland.co.uk/vid/RR/skyline_run2.wmv

Run3 - 1.3 bar aim, but large fluctuations due to contoller self learning gain/ratio

357WHP
410BHP @ 8166rpm
328lb/ft @ 5394rpm

VID http://www.trackscotland.co.uk/vid/RR/skyline_run3.wmv

The last run was fine for A/F ratio, but the boost was all over the shop, prob would have been higher if there was time to get it setup correctly but it was very late by this point, and didnt want to ask Russ to hang around longer

A/F Ratio for all runs: aprox 14 at 3000rpm, and 10 at 8000rpm
Boost: Runs 1 & 2 - 17psi. Run3 peaked at 21psi, then fell then oscillated.
InjDuty on 3rd run..... wait for it 99.8% :O :O :! I'll be running it at 1.2bar still then :P

Graphs will be posted in the morning :)

update time..

Car is currently getting the fueling side of things looked at. Fitting all the gubbins we've had lying round for ages, and getting mapped by Russ at Wallace Performance.

Tomei intank feeder pump
Twin Bosch 910's fed from 2l swirl pot.
Twin lines feeding both ends of tomei rail
SARD 820cc twin hole injectors
HKS fuel reg, replaces tomei one to fitment differences with new braided lines and connections.
Apexi PFC D-Jetro

Hopefully we can start doing the turbo's justice now and quit using them at 1.2bar where they are just starting to come on song LOL.

Aiming to go for 1.6bar with a mix of E85. HOPEFULLY over 550bhp and 500lb/ft but cams might need changing.

Also have a heap of panel changes to do. Light weight doors, boot, mirrors and windows all need fitted along with big carbon splitter, cannards and GT wing.

Very nice Adam - how much do you reckon you have saved over the std items weight wise?

r'ber reading somwhere than a standard R32 door with electrics etc was 26kg. So i'll say a safe 15kg a side!

Also binning the standard heavy door mirrors for lightweight SPA Design ones.

also junked the 4wheel steering system - 20kg, but adding some more bracing & bars for the cage so a bit of an offset there.
