Who's going to be Sprinting in '09???

I'm sure I'll be doing a few, whether its the MLRSS or MSA ones, not sure as yet.

Who else is going to be returning, joining the fun??

Lots of new peeps with good specced Bimmers etc. Remember for the MSA events you can run anything from a 1.0 ltr Micra to a full on F3000 type single seater and anything in between!

This is a useful link which explains everthing required for you to complete in MSA Sprints if your new to it.

I'd like to get into sprinting next year.

Don't really know where to start though.

Not sure if I would do a whole season but like to have a go at a few and see how I get on.

Nice one Rob, its pretty easy to get into TBH, you don't need to do hardly anything to your car.

Gerry H did a good guide of whats needed to get started. I'll see if I can find it and link it into my first post.

i'l be there with bells on but not sure how many events i'l be doing yet, all depends on the work situations :?

looking forward to stretching the ol imprezas legs again
and hopefully drag the mk1 out for its maiden vogage

Hopefully i will make it out at some point next year, but no promises, baby on the way and a new job. :-D

Been thinking about selling the ax and buying something else recently aswell.

There's only one form for the MSA licence. You can ignore the medical section, that's only for race licence.

The beginners event at North Weald is always good for getting your licence and a lovely way to get started. It really seems a bigger deal than it is; I put it off for nearly a year and made excuses for non-participation. Crazy really as it's a nice day our with good mates in a genuinely competitive environment. Easy on the pocket and the car in most cases (ignoring the normal blowing your car up/rolling it scenario :lol: )
