Aye, twas just 3rd place. The guys in 2nd were quicker on laptimes. The winners earned their place simply by keeping out of trouble, whilst all others collected various flag penalties.

Reckon their flagging was pretty indiscriminate, to be honest, we got a couple that were unavoidable eg driver ahead spins and stops, causing collision. Made the final score a bit of a lottery.

So what Andy's trying to say is, team Ixion were lucky to finish with one lottery place more than team BP :D
