OK Chap's and Chapess's

Have a Safe trip over to Snetterton in the morning, don't rush for the briefing if you miss the main one at 08.45 you can just have one when you arrive.

Two sites you may wish to have a peek at below

Safe travels

Dave.

Just back. I hate dancing and just don't do it. As for feckin' latin american..........I sat in the car most of the evening.

Anyway, I couldn't try Gary's suggestion (thanks Gary) as the time ran put very rapidly. I live on a very busy road so trying to get the car out and driving would have been a nightmare at best and more likely an accident for some poor sod.

Davd's coming round early to lend a hand and I'll do my best to get the bugger shifting. (pun)

Hope to see you all sometime in the late morning.

Well! Gary's suggestion was a bit brutal, with my interpretation, but it worked

Gary you're a feckin' genius :notworthy:

Now a mad dash to Snett via a couple of petrol stations

:D :D :D :D :D

What a day!

I will write up some thoughts in a few moments, but for now I'll settle down with some food and drink and smile smugly at those moments where I was grinning like a loon (that was most of the day; especially the spins :D )

Well done Phil and Dave from Trackmarques

Another exemplary track event :thumb:

Managed to arrive half way through the lunch break and was greeted by Stuart booming "Lord Houghton" from the doorway to Tyrell's restaurant. It would have been rude not to, plus I was starving, so took advantage of the Tyrell's fare. No pies left but lasagne, beans & chips a la Italiano went down well

By the time I'd signed on, went through the 'mini briefing' and paid a fiver for a DVLA licence check (like a true dick head I'd emptied my wallet of crap along with my licence), changed the wheels, inflated the 16psi tyre pressures and emptied the cr@p from the boot, I eventually got out on track an hour before the finish. Had a good number of laps and have to say the track etiquette of other drivers was impeccable. Thoroughly enjoyed the short time I had and will look out for other Trackmarques organised events.

Nice too that Dave & Phil make themselves known and actually say hello, a nice, personal touch and nice to meet you both :thumb:

Thanks again to APT Gary without who's invaluable advice I'd still be contemplating engine removal to free off the clutch.

Good to see a few of the sprint guys enjoying a spell on track, we'll have to do another before too long. :D
