No, it was the usual orange/red colour, but the picture was taken without flash (I would guess), hence the odd colour.

Christian, it was really good and very useful to chat to you about your car and how some of the things that you have done may also work for us. Thanks for taking the time to talk to us :thumb:
No problem, glad you liked my work. I will post some more pics with further progress. Sorry I didn't get to show you my old adapted MFi manifold that ran conventional Bosch injectors. I will try and get some pics of it to show you.

Anyway, here's a link to the Graphs. I haven't got round to editing all the files to show the respective owners etc, so have a trawl through for now. Just didn't want to keep y'all waiting any longer!

Have been thinking about this one Trev. Did the car not feel vastly different after Simon mapped it? And does it feel to have fallen off since then? I ask because my STi6 with 1.35bar remap is a completely different animal to my old STi4 with a 1bar standard ecu (which itself did towards 300bhp on a.n.other dyno). Difference between the 2 cars was mainly the remap and there's no way you could mistake them by the seat-of-the pants.

Do you have wheel HP for both runs (before/after remap)? They could be using very different transmission loss assumptions/estimations.

Did the earlier run have the car idling for less time beforehand? Your charge temperature could have been 50deg yesterday, easily, without you or Gary knowing it. Seriously, I've spent the last couple of months watching a charge temp gauge on exactly the same setup as yours and that TMIC really does fail to control temps.

My guess is that the earlier run was optimistic for some reason, and that yesterday's reading was blunted slightly by charge temps. But if it really is well down on power, surely Simon would have commented in some way during mapping.

Really puzzled. Guess I should have brought mine along for comparison.

Andy, your STi6 RA is a very different beast to your old v4 and Trev's v3. For a start, the ratios will make it very quick through the gears.

Although I wasn't there, I'm sure Gary would have been monitoring intake temps and the DD rollers I've been on have a bloody great fan aimed at the top mount for that very reason.

Standard with lots of octane booster would probably be safe :(
