Car Insurance- who are you with?

Post by Danny@APT »

Right, it's that time of year again to start shopping around for car insurance and I'm sick and tired of Adrian Flux's incompetence (more on that after I ring them Monday  ).

So I was thinking- who are you guys insured with? I fully intend for the car to see some track action next year, so I'll need this to be covered. Breakdown cover might be handy too- it is a Ford after-all.

Cheers!

Look in the members deals area - Keith Michaels should be your first choice :thumb:

Save me a fortune and if you call gary you will get a BigPower members discount.

Kieth Michaels for me too.....excellent quote, not expensive and all my mods taken into consideration with an agreed value for the car should it be totalled in any way.

I went with A-Plan for a year prior to KM, was sent a renewal form and they quoted me a ridiculosly extortionate price of twice what it was before. I asked them to requote and they still couldn't get close to KM's quote or give an agreed value for all the mods apart from telling me if the car was totalled they would pay out market value price based on condition and mileage of the vehicle and used value of all the mods, not new to replace today price of mods, even if i produced receipts for all the parts (which i still have!!).

Suffice to say i went with KM :)
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!
