I told myself at the beginning of this year when I sold my Honda Accord Type R that I would only run a track car and share my wife's road car. Unfortunately, the 328 has given me some kind of BMW disease and I had to go out and buy myself this
Shall I start track prepping it now???????
Very nice, wont be long before it heads out to track to compare against the 328
" Uh Betty you should of seen this car in Ely today!! it had stickers and stripes
all over it, and when it started up, the noise!!!, I could feel my teeth rattling!!!"
cheers guys. It's a road car for now but I do fully intend to make it a track car after a couple of years. In fact it was the main deciding factor in buying it - don't tell the wife
I'll take it on track one time next year as I'm really curious to see how it feels compared to the 328.
Cheers Jason. I expect the M3 to be quicker around the straighter tracks but it won't have the feel, adjustability and chuckability of the 328. Even so, that M power engine will probably make up for all that. I'm loving it - all that power and no loss of pull all the way to the redline. It's like my old Type R engine but on steroids.
