My Honda CRX

After selling my Suzuki GSXR600 :( i decided have a go at trackdays so i picked up this crx fairly cheap from ebay.

It had a bit of rot around the rear arches............well quite alot really,

after fitting arch replacements it was ready for paint

Fitted D2 coilovers and whiteline front and rear anti roll bars

Image

It has had polybushes fitted to it
also grooved front and rear brake discs
It now has 15inch team dynamics wheels with toyo proxie R888 tyres

RPS13 has one almost identical to this........must get that bugger to finish it :lol:

looks like a good track car what sort of bhp do these usually run in standard form 8)

Supposedly 750kgs with around 160 bhp depending on variant, vtec, jdm, etc.

8k + rpm and stick like the proverbial :grin:

i love these little cars - i used to have a little minter

they weight under 1k kg's - mine had 185bhp after a couple of tweaks

you certainly know when you come on vtec 5500 - 8250rpm i believe?? what a sound

i see you had the same issue with the rear arches

must be great fun on the track?
