Many thanks to Gary at APT for his help and advise on the suspected sensor fault,

Happily it has turned out not to be the expensive 1st sensor which readings were confusing everyone, but just a internittant fault due to the second
cat being removed which needs to be omitted by my trusty mapper Duncan, ( cheers mate
