had mintex 1166's which were good

then replaced them with ebc yellows -lasted one track day :o

most the pad left but they totally overheated and crumbled and were binding badly due to the sides bubbling up

gone back to mintex 1166's

although if I was a bit more flush I would have gone for the extreme f4r or similar as I have heard they are awesome

I was advised to use the Pagid 29 by Thorney Motorsport and i can't fault then to be honest.

I have used them for a few trackdays now and they still feel and stop great even after 30 minute sessions on track.

At the moment i see no reason to change but as i'm a track newbie i'm open to suggestions.

Your not going fast enough dunk :D

My DS2500's lasted one session in 2007 :D

I switched to Pagid RS15 Greys earlier this year and i never looked back, wouldnt use them on the road mind, but on track, they just get better and better as the session goes on.

I ran the 15's up front and 29's at the rear.
When they first went on they were very fierce. but bhy the end of the season they have started to go off a little... but very pleaseed with them and they have taken 6 events of very hard abuse!

How weird is that.

My RS15's on the front, lasted Oulton Trackday (very hot day), OUlton Time Attack, Brands Time Attack, and they were about 2/3rds worn, so replaced them for Snetterton.
