Well done chaps....sounds like an interesting day.

..and Kim, Congratulations on the AEMC Championship, shame I couldn't of been there to fight for it, but hey, thats the way it goes! Its been a crackin year of highs and lows and an excellent battle between us. Lots of if,buts and maybes but at the end of the day the scoreboard is what counts!!

I had my own fun and put a bit of perpective on my motorsport future. Oh and I was sunny and warm

..and so winter and closed season beckons! What will 2009 bring :?: :?: :?

Logan, i just spotted you're brief exchange with dwhittin & i wouldn't bother rising to the bait.
He constantly argues for arguings sake.....sadly the SDMC site is spoiled by one or two "trolls" keeping a clique going & dominating every theread. It's a major factor in why i joined BP & have since posted more on BP site in 6 months than i have on the SDMC site in 3 years. Don't let the plonker wind you up, he seems to think rubbing people up the wrong way is his purpose in life. Baz 205 had the full Spanish Inquisition follwing a entry in A0 at North Weald, none of the people in question had the spine to protest at the event, but that night the keyboard warriors were out in force.

Excellent battle indeed. You MUST go on to race. You are more than good enough. 30 and counting

I'm with you on 4wd class. Brian said he pushed for separate classes as only 4wd cars had won B3 this season. As far as I can recall Evos have won every event apart from Longcross. So should there be an Evo class and one for Imprezas, and another for Celicas. It all smacks of creating a class he can win in. He was happy enough taking home the pots in his supercar until some people who could drive turned up with 'jap crap'.

Hey, did you see Ginetta winter series races can be had for around

I think Ginettas are arrive and drive. I saw an ad in a recent Autosport.

There's a chance I may be in a Tiga Sports 2000 next year as my mate has just bought one...

Regarding rallying I was quite taken with the Lombard RAC format which is for pretty standard 1.4 litre hatchbacks. Not much money and loads of mileage. The complete opposite to sprinting! There are websites and locally Chelmsford Car Club seems pretty active.

Maybe it's not Brians fault :? It appears even Porsche themselves have a huge chip on thier shoulder about 4WD "jap crap" being faster than them
