Jesus, that must sound monumental!!

I love the way you just take all of the shit that goes with your car in your stride. My little car has nearly broken my will on more than one occassion and yet, you soldier on regardless. I admire fibre of your fabric :thumb:

Fair play Mark. Onwards and upwards :D

second run missed second gear only pulled a 9.9
third run second gear snapped the input shaft again which had just been replaced ,will ask bigphil to get video up as he done some filming .this is seriously not funny anymore and i wil not be running this gearbox any more as it will just not take the power .think i have spent about 12k on this box to date it has broke again.was a shame as car was working well and i wanted to repeat at pod an 8 , sec run

NEW DIRECTION
after long thoughts on the car this winter i have decided not to pursue the search for more speed and power and am going to re spec the car for street and track use with maybe a little drag use ,i had some quantum race suspension from another car and this is now being refreshed ready to go on the car .i need to get some camber on the front wheels so if any one has any adjustable top or bottom front camber arms im in the market for some ,think to start with i will stay with the same turbo t51kai and see how it goes round the track ,if it proves to laggy then a swap for a t04z maybe or similar.
i have never seriously set up a car for track use so i rekon there is some fun to come setting up with 900+hp on tap any tips will be greatly recieved .spose i jus wanna find out how quick these time attack guys really are .i have ordered some 18"slicks from avon to get started with and a set of 888 r toyos.
the car already has a good full roll cage but i think the brakes will let down the car as only r34 brembos .
wished i had not just sold my new ap,s and discs for 650 quid oh well some thing else i could transplant from elswhere.
look forward to booking a day at snett to test the ole gal.
will try and keep ya all posted on the results

900 on tap for the back straight should do it, but the brakes would be a very good idea. You'll lose too much time repacking that parachute every lap ;)

Driving a fast Jap import is like coming out of the closet, you might surprise some people, but in the end you are still gay.
