Lotus GT3 Exige concept

I saw many wonderful cars today, but none, none eclipsed this. The wide arched glorious Exige concept, the GT3

I couldn't stop looking at this and the prospect of sampling something so pure and undiluted...............

Hope and pray that this makes it to production

Nice idea that!
I recall they did a wide carbon Elise S1 GT concept with a mid engined Esprit set up i think?
Hope they get them made for the track.

There were two of these yesterday.

My understanding is that Lotus have already built a couple of these, the GT3 concepts, but they will never get to be used on the road.......some sort of SVA regulations.

One is in private hands it was at Le Mans a few years back doing demo laps.
The owner was on our ferry home we had a chat waiting to board.
