Ding Dong Jonny........ 8)

Nice work that man, it's certianly changing form and for the better. Looking good, I like everything you have done so far.

What are you doing with the wheels. looks like they need spacing or are you fitting new ones..... Need to get that slammed down on some big arse wheels!

Thankyou George, good to hear from you.

Wheels are next on the list, followed by suspension, ive got a trackday booked for mid august so im trying to get things sorted....

Getting all this stuff done makes me appreciate just how much work, some of you more experienced builders put into their cars.

Hope everything is going to plan for you George.

After this weekend I should have a little bit more to smile about. :-D

Thanks Dave. :D

I'm riding on a high since yesterday, I spent the day at Snetterton, and the old skyline stuck with me and did me proud.

I saw a few familiar cars there, hope I didnt hold anyone up. :)

Well its been a while since ive posted any pics, its been so manic getting the car ready, I kept forgetting to stop and take pictures!

I'll sort through the pics ive got now and post up some updates. My Seats turned up with a few days to spare, and the last minute eBay wheels turned up the day before!

Brilliant day, cant wait for the next one. :)

Had to weld a thick plate in either side of the tunnel for the harnesses

So glad these turned up in time

And they certainly do the job. Very tight fit being narrow, and tight harnesses, I almost wanted to roll the car to try them :)

I really didnt like the blue cam covers so Nitromors to the rescue and new paint

These turned up with about two hours to go before needing to load the car on the trailer...

...but I though i'd paint the centers satin black to try and hide their origins (supra turbo)

I didnt get any pictures at the track, doh!, but some of my mates were about so hopefully i'll get hold of some soon.

When is a project ever finished?! Ha ha.

If I decide to make it an all out track car then ive got a whole new heap of work to do, and beings as i'll never enter it into any competition, i'll only be restricted by my imagination.

Im really happy with it all so far but there will always be a drive for more power, better handling and weight reduction. BRING IT ON!

Thanks for all the comments, I love the wheels too.
