Official results through and I must've miscounted so I was 5th not 4th with only one Scooby behind us and I am not sure how potent that one was. So it was a big grunt rout. As Logan says 3rd was possible but p1&2 were way to fast/powerful. Local knowledge must help particularly through big balls first corner and esses.

Discovered I was three seconds clear in the wet. If only it had carried on hissing it down.

Team bigpower.co.uk took fourth in the teams comp thanks to Super Gerry with Logan and I contributing less together than the White Wagon alone. It shoulda stayed wet...

Those Evos went through the first corner like it wasn't there. A few more years practice at Curborough and we might get nearer :D

We all had a moment of glory, even if Logan's was more by his barrier encounter. :D

Just remembered the commentary while Logan was extricating himself from the barriers after his backwards encounter.

BARC try to make this event a bit more interesting for spectators so we were asked complete a comments sheet to help fill in during each run.

Logan, it seems, included that his girlfriend had accepted his proposal of marriage. The commentator, with plenty of time for amusing ditties while the track was being cleared said something along the lines of "And his girlfriend has accepted his proposal of marriage. I hope he remembers not to go in backwards"

Lol :-D

Good to hear happy endings despite the weather. I was riding motorbike from north of Scotland down to Cambridge in one hit (ouch!) but managed not to get too wet.

Wagon is looking good all-in-white Gerry. Much better avatar than that arse you put up there recently (for a moment I thought I was on MLR!!)

Some vid taken by Marc who came along to watch and get wet for the day :) His not knowing who was who, it's only me and a couple of others I'm afraid, no Kim or Logan.

There was nothing wrong with that 'arse'. It made a pleasant change from looking at lumps of bloody tin all day.
