Nice one guys, excellent day out with you as always, shame ity was a long drawn out day with not the best organisation and only 1 timed run.

Shame we didn't get the final run as I am sure myself and Messers Adams would been very close. But I'll take the win, I was very motivated to win today and my times were pretty good from the off apart from the slight cone magnatism

My first run I didn't even know I had hit a cone, the 2nd time I knew, and huge bang and some orange marks left on teh wheel arch was evidence enough!

The track at Lotus is excellent and I enjoyed it massively, the sweeping linked bends are excellent and it was good trying each lap to eek out more time pushing it harder and harder, Fom inside It felt a tad untidy but fun, whereas the spectators seemed to think it looked smooth :? :?

Looking forward to Curborough next and Team BP :D

PS Kim, not sure if you be bothered but you got 5th and I have a trophy for you.

What was the problem with the Betty's camber? The tyres felt nicely warmed right across the tread width on both sides after each run.

Cheers chaps.

Forgot to add last night as I was goosed, The Staples Bimmer was an impressive sight, first lap out and I was slighty dissapointed but that only coz I wanted Staurt and the car to go well, but I knew it was the maiden lap so he had to take it easy to ensure nothing fell off or broke etc.

2nd run for Stuart was loads better (minus huuuge splitter) loooked like he was winding the old girl up! Sounds soo smooth as well that straight 6.

3rd Run, again good gains and he looked like he was starting to get into the groove with the car, and only 2 seconds off Gerry and Richard in their million bhp Impreza's have has got to be pleasing out of the box!!

Well done fella, was good to see you enjoying yourself after all the hard work!

TK, get that entry in.....you know it makes sense.

PS Gerry, you need to get a heavier right racing boot to beat Richard!!!!

Yup, you got to get some lead in that foot Gerry!

Kim did comment that he thought the chicanes were tighter this year as he was using 2nd gear rather than 3rd. So you have a little leeway there!
