And relax.....

A bloody long time coming. Got in about 30 minutes ago after another long day.

I owe a great deal to a few key people for ensuring the car is done in time for the sprint tomorrow.

Thanks go to

Gary@APT
Chris@APT
Christian@APT
GerryH
Pete Cook
Jason Fletcher
Rob Savin
Ben Connor
and Ross

I am proud of what's been achieved and only disappointed that we didn't get started earlier on it, so as to avoid the last minute panics (and there were plenty)

Thanks guys. I hope the scrutineers like the car and the work done on it. 10 hours time and I'll find out :thumb:

It's a 'ten footer'

Any closer than that and you can see the faults (there are plenty)

Just the harness to fit, MSA logbook to get and then I can go and play :) That will be an early start then.

Thanks for the compliments. You wait until you see it in the daylight.......you really cannot make anything out in that photo :)

Your help was crucial mate. I'll have to buy you guys dinner some time soon, to apologise to Debbie for keeping you out late (twice) and to get you pissed :D

I hope it goes well. I'll keep an eye on the oil etc and stay away from the tyre walls

Glad you enjoyed your run in it last night. You should have seen your grin :)

Talking of funny things, Ross and I were discussing the merits of different qualities of vinyl, after spending several hours getting the graphics on and he said ' They don't seem very good....' and went to touch one on the bonnet. The sticker moved two or three inches as the resin still hadn't gone off and his face dropped!! He straightened it up but it was worth it all just to see that look of horror!

Well, it made me laugh
