Use a miltimeter short term as some can do RPM or a timing light just while its noise tested.

Surely it cant be far of MOT standard my little AX only recently run out and that has the bare basics.

Stuart,

What about a tinytach?

These go around your HT lead and give you your RPM in a tiny lttle display. Theyre used in karting and the like.

Weigh the same as a fart and are dead easy to fit.

Good find Frayz :thumb:

Tiny Tach looks the biz and if it logs hours run as well, it'll be good for keeping track for oil changes etc.

Just read the web page and it updates every 2.5 secs. commercial version updates every 0.5 secs.

Im not saying a word sweetness :D :D

Although on occassions when I like into your big doe eyes I too see matrix style musings going across those rugged features :D :D :D

If it is getting this close and panic is starting to set in have tomorrow off to ease your time worries and ensure you get there and do well - its not like we are busy at the workshop yet and the lads will be in London so it would only be you and me ripping piss outta each other anyways !!

Kind offer J. I'll pop up to the unit and see how we get on, obviously an early departure would be greatly appreciated if at all possible.

Gary and I left the unit at 10pm last night. It runs, but not that well and the alternator appears to be dead or dying. Times like this it's good that I had a spare one of everything :)

I'm still hopeful :thumb:
