We'll find out when you bring your car out for an event. When's the last time you did anything, other than scare some old ladies in the High St?

Too much keyboard bravado. Get walking some walks mate :-D

dynamix wrote: Current Issues that I am aware of:

1) Fuel Surge .... about time really, I was feeling left out from the Subaru community by not having had this to any extent :) - now I get it on high G right handers and is a cause for concern that needs solving.

2) Body Roll .... having looked at pictures of me, I feel that a little less body roll will help the handling on the limit on track

3) Power .... more is almost always good
Just looking back at where the car came from to see just far has been come over a short period of time.

In what is essentially my daily driver still, all of the initial 'issues' have been solved along with others along the way which always appear when you push the envelope as Stu puts it.

Fuel surge was well and truly cured
Handling is awesome now
Power is right at the limit of what I can use on the road (i feel)

Loads more to do and possible to do, but just taking some time to reflect on what I have done over the past 12 months. The 'done' list is huge !

4. replace whiteline ball joint
5. replace performance friction front brake discs
6. replace whiteline track rod
7. replace abs sensors
8. suspension geometry set
9. raised by 6mm (for the ring trip)
10. continual mapping tweaks
11. change to uprated gearbox mount
12. airbag fix

It seems gradual when you are doing it but looking at a long list of stuff done it is quite daunting and I am sure there are things that werent noted :o Increasingly the work is being done by me to help keep cost down and also because I wanted to 'own' the modifications.

Thoughts are now with the impending ring trip and the last TA event of this year and planning for next year and what to do.....

Whats your thoughts for next year Dunc, you goning to do TA again or something else??

I am at a stage where I am wondering what to do. I know I "need" to do motosport of some form but not 100% what, whether I continue with teh Sprinting doing the AEMC ASEMC and maybe the All Circuit Championship I didn't enter this year, of do the MLR Sprint series, or maybe sack it all in and go do some form of racing....... :?
