That's assuming you come to work and delegate Lord Grimsey. If you do indeed 'arrive', you will no doubt head straight for the office and get on any one of several phones (I'm not sure they're all real) and pretend to be busy whilst the workers get on. Now and again you'll surface and tell everyone at length about how busy you've been and then ask if you can do anything to help. Perodically you'll offer critique or simply look over someones shoulder like an old Harry Enfield character whilst prodding people in the ribs or causing some other mild annoyance.
